There are certain procedures and legal papers that need to be filed immediately for the case to get set for trial. If you are both pro se and recently impassed at mediation, a trial date will not come automatically. After the requirements are met and filed, it should be several months for you to get a trial date and then a final judgment. Most of all it will depend on your judges trial calendar. Best of luck.
