Will I go to jail, have to pay another fine, or just accept this?

Good evening my name is Dean Thomas and I live in the state of Florida. I just received my 3rd possession charge of marijuana under 20 grams and paraphernalia. What will happen to me? What are my options?

It might be good to hire a lawyer to fight this as vigorously as possible because the judge and or prosecutor will want to convict you of this crime since it is your third one, and because of this conviction it can suspend your drivers license, which will affect your livelihood if you drive to and from work.
